My name is Sebastian Schneider and I was born in Landshut (Germany) in 1984.  I am a self-taught artist, not following any particular artistic movement. I paint for the pleasure of creation, hoping to share moments of emotion with those who appreciate modern art. I offer energetic, powerful abstract works, inspired by emotions and and the creative process itself.

Biography

Sebastian Schneider was born in 1984 in Landshut – a little city in Lower Bavaria, Germany. 
He came into contact with abstract painting during the beginning of the corona pandemic in March 2020 and taught himself abstract painting.
An initial hobby turned into a passion that gave Schneider the opportunity, in addition to his actual work as an insurance specialist in an industrial group, to find a place for his creativity and emotions.

Sebastian Schneider’s flowing gestures are full of emotional devotion. His works of art convince primarily with the pathos of their colors. His acrylic paintings take the viewer into a new, colorful world. His way of scratching one color over the next and then cycling through the color creates unique transitions and is a particular focus of his work. The resulting painting series become projection surfaces for the thoughts, feelings and dreams of the viewer and take them on an energetic and colorful journey.
